Det er det ikke. Tv\u00e6rtimod har vi brug for spejling, st\u00f8tte og opmuntring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del dine tanker med en ven, en kollega, en mentor \u2013 eller tal med en professionel. Ikke for at f\u00e5 svarene, men for at blive st\u00f8ttet i din egen proces. Nogle dage g\u00e5r det let \u2013 andre dage f\u00f8les det som to skridt frem og \u00e9t tilbage. Det er helt normalt. Vedholdenhed betyder ikke, at du aldrig tvivler \u2013 det betyder, at du bliver ved, selvom du tvivler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tillad dig selv at fejle. At l\u00e6re. At justere. Vigtigst af alt: Giv ikke op, n\u00e5r det f\u00f8les sv\u00e6rt. De historier styrer os \u2013 indtil vi udfordrer dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r du opdager en begr\u00e6nsende tanke, s\u00e5 stop op og sp\u00f8rg dig selv:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Er det her sandt?<\/em><br><em>Hvem ville jeg v\u00e6re uden den tanke?<\/em><br><em>Hvilken ny tanke kunne st\u00f8tte mig bedre?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kan ikke \u00e6ndre det, du ikke er bevidst om. Men fejl er faktisk bevis p\u00e5, at du g\u00f8r noget nyt. At du \u00f8ver dig.
