Meet Louisa
Ready to work with what sits behind the front?
You deliver. Every day.
You’re the one others look to when it’s burning. The one who takes responsibility, holds, and finds a solution — even when it costs more than you have.
On the outside you look composed. Competent. In control.
Inside, you lie awake at two in the morning wondering how long you can keep it up.
That isn’t weakness. It’s the price of high performance that nobody names.
I don’t teach composure from theory
I’ve been a Police Constable for over 20 years. I still am. Before that, nursing and emergency services. I’ve carried responsibility as a half-platoon leader — responsible for other people while the pressure was on.
Composure is not a personality trait. It’s a discipline.
I’ve had to use it in situations where losing it wasn’t an option. It’s the same discipline I work with in my clients.
I’ve stood there myself
I applied to the departments where there were no other women. Some of that was curiosity. The rest was a need to prove my worth.
Outside: strong. Inside: self-doubt, perfectionism, and an inner critic that never went quiet.
I grew up in a world where you didn’t show what it cost. So I learned to handle it internally, while showing everyone else that I had it under control.
What changed things wasn’t a new goal or a better strategy. It was the day I stopped pretending.
There’s a difference between composure that covers something and composure that holds. The first is armour. The second is discipline. The second one is what I work with.
Who I work with
C-suite leaders and senior executives with 15–25 years of proven success. People who make decisions all day that affect hundreds of others — and make them well.
That’s the outside.
The inside looks different. Conversations replayed at two in the morning. Patience enough for an entire organisation, and short-tempered at their own dinner table. Something impressive, built, and impossible to feel.
It doesn’t go to the board. Their partner gets fragments.
You don’t need to start over. You don’t need fixing.
Less tension. Cleaner decisions. A presence others can feel — at work and at home.
Not time off. Capacity back.

Here’s what I offer
The Inner Edge
90 days – 1:1
Built for people whose calendars can’t absorb another fixed weekly commitment.
Instead of sessions for the sake of sessions, you get structured access with a stated reply time:
Monday to Thursday, one reply within 24 hours. Weekends are closed. That isn’t a limitation. It’s part of the point.
The first seven days are a mandatory intake phase. Sleep, boundaries, recovery. We don’t build on ground that won’t hold.
The rest is your work, inside your actual week, with me as the counterweight.
Next Level leardership

Lead from within – and deliver results
Your leaders perform. That’s not the problem.
The problem is what it costs them to keep performing — the decisions made tired, the presence that stops arriving home, the pressure nobody names in a meeting.
I’ve spent 20+ years as an active Police Constable and I coach C-suite leaders and executives. Pressure isn’t a topic I studied. It’s the job.
This workshop gives your leadership team three things: clarity on what actually takes up space, composure that holds without going cold, and the presence others can feel in the room.
Not time off. Capacity back.
