Prices
At Thostrup Consulting, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and indicated inclusive of VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We cannot guarantee availability of all products.

Payment
Thostrup Consulting accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account upon shipment of the product. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We are not responsible for pricing errors or products that have become unavailable.

Delivery
Thostrup Consulting deliver online services immediately upon payment confirmation.

Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the situation, you can receive a refund, or a price reduction. If the online service has been utilized and the material used, payment for the current period is due, and future access is prevented.

Refund
For refunds, please provide your bank information including account number and sort code so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be shared via email or other electronic means, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for refund processing.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items.

The period is counted from the day:
– You receive the order.
You are responsible for return costs.

Withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase.
Notification should be sent via email to kontakt@louisathostrup.dk. The notification should clearly indicate your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the product, fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the product without giving clear notice.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of items are not eligible for withdrawal:
– Items customized to consumer specifications or with a clear personal touch.
– Items that are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
– Non-financial services where provision has begun with consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content not on a physical medium if execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that this entails loss of the right of withdrawal.

Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for direct costs associated with the return. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be expedited if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk of the item until we receive it.

Condition of the Item upon Return
If the item has been used beyond the above description, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal, you may only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you can try the item without actually using it.

Refund
Upon withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In case of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted. When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to use the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we evidence of having stoped using the service.
