Louisa is a very talented and dedicated…

I’ve been receiving coaching from Louisa, and it’s been incredibly rewarding. After the first session, I had two tasks to tackle. I’ve been going through a tough time both at home and at work, so I tried to approach it with a positive mindset, and it was so rewarding. I can only say a huge thank you to Louisa, and I know she’ll say she didn’t do anything and that I did it all – perhaps – but she showed me the way. Now I’m ready to go after my goal and work hard at it.

Highly recommended from us……

I attended one of Louisa’s first-aid courses through RFX as a volunteer, and it was nothing short of fantastic. Right from the start, there was a clear plan for the evening; she quickly got to know us participants and our stories, and the experiences we’d had, which she also drew on throughout the evening. The teaching was lively, and Louisa was good at switching between theory and practice.
I certainly hope this isn’t the last time I’ve had her as my first-aid instructor. Louisa is the first instructor who has ‘captured my attention’ right from the start and managed to keep me focused throughout the entire course without me glancing at the clock.

Highly recommended from me <3

The best trip

I remember my first session with Louisa very clearly, when she said that I would never return to the place I was when we started our sessions. Fortunately, she was right. Together, I have been rebuilt and my foundations have been made secure. Through dialogue, guidance, reflection and a lot of thought, I am a new and better version of myself. Louisa was there every step of the way, both in writing and in conversation. I have felt so safe with her. Having the constant option of a lifeline I could contact has been so important to me throughout my journey. Being guided through difficult times to find my way home, to stay there and be present in the moment. Louisa has been worth her weight in gold to me in my journey to find myself. I can highly recommend Louisa to anyone who needs to get in touch with themselves, develop personally, or is simply going through a rough patch in life.

A gentle reminder to myself …

I attended a talk on balance and well-being with Louisa.
I found it really fascinating, and Louisa is brilliant to listen to. She has a way of drawing you into the conversation, and personally I could relate to a lot of what was being discussed from my own life, so it was nice to hear that you’re not ‘alone’ in those experiences.
You leave there with a gentle reminder to look after yourself.

You feel you’re in safe hands throughout, and she’s very attentive.
I can definitely recommend it 👌🏼

“I’ve been where you are” ….”

About Louisa

I know – because I’ve been there myself!!

I’ve been in the same position you might be in now. As a police officer, a nurse and in the emergency services, I learnt to do my best under pressure — and to hide everything else. I was good at my job. I got by. I applied for departments where there were no other women – it interested me, but I also had an inner need to prove my worth.

Externallyl: stærk.

Inside: self-doubt, perfectionism and an inner critic that never kept quiet.

I grew up in a world where people didn’t show their vulnerability. So I learnt to cope with it on the inside — quietly and calmly — whilst showing the outside world that I of course had everything under control and could manage on my own. I compared myself to others, craved their approval, and believed deep down that hard work and punctuality were the key to feeling whole.

It wasn't.

What changed everything for me wasn’t a new goal or a better strategy. It was the day I stopped by pretending — and began to work on what was going on inside.

Throughout my career, I have had incredible opportunities to learn and grow as a person. My varied career has equipped me with a unique set of skills that no formal education could ever provide.

The challenges I have faced have only strengthened my resolve to persevere in the face of adversity – but now with a completely different sense of authenticity and sincerity… a completely different balance.

Having incorporated new routines and habits into my daily life – both in terms of my personal development and my work – I am no longer afraid to show my true self. I have a completely different approach to life’s challenges – because they will always be there – but I focus more on the journey than on the destination…

That is exactly the kind of work I am currently doing with my clients.

I work with ambitious, high-achieving people — like you — who have proven they can deliver on the outside, but who carry an invisible burden in their private lives: self-doubt, an inner critic that never shuts up, a feeling of being incomplete, even when everything looks fine from the outside.

You don’t need to start all over again. You don’t need to fix yourself.

But you deserve to live life — not just to go through the motions.

And I know from experience: facing challenges doesn’t make you a weaker person. It makes you a more authentic one.

This is where we start.

When you start leading yourself from within, everything else changes. The way you make decisions. The way you are present. The way you approach what you lead – whether it’s people, projects or your own life.

Internal leadership isn’t just soft psychology. It’s the foundation. And without it, you’re building on something that creates more of the same – more performance, more proof-seeking, more emptiness behind the façade.

If this sounds familiar – and you’re ready to do something other than wait for the next stage to finally bring you the peace of mind you’re looking for – then you’ve come to the right place.
